Rahul Chahar is an Indian professional cricket player. He is a right-hand batsman and right-arm leg-break bowler. On 5 November 2016, he made his first-class debut for Rajasthan in the 2016–17 Ranji Trophy and made his List A debut for Rajasthan in the 2016–17 Vijay Hazare Trophy on 25 February 2017. Initially, he was bought by the Rising Pune Supergiant team for the 2017 Indian Premier League for 10 lakhs in February 2017 and made his Twenty20 debut in the Indian Premier League on 8 April 2017. He plays for Mumbai Indians in the IPL auction since 2018. In the same year, he was named in India C’s squad for the 2018–19 Deodhar Trophy. He gave his excellent performance in the IPL 2019 and won the Dream 11 Game changer award for the performance. He made his International T20I debut against West Indies on 6 August 2019.
Chahar started dating Ishani in 2014 and both are got engaged on 12 December 2019.
