Quinton de Kock is a South African professional cricket player. He made his T20I debut against New Zealand on 21 December 2012. De Kock made an impact on his introduction by scoring an unbeaten 28 off 23 while chasing. He also kept wicket and gloved two catches. He made his ODI debut against New Zealand on 19 January 2013 at Boland Park Stadium, Paarl, South Africa.
In November 2013, he was selected within the first XI of South Africa against Pakistan within the United Arab Emirates, in situ of Colin Ingram. De Kock scored a match-winning 112 off 135 balls on a troublesome batting track in Abu Dhabi within the fourth ODI to succeed in his maiden ODI century. South Africa won the ODI series 4–1. They also played two T20 games against Pakistan. De Kock scored 48 not call at the primary match while chasing and took them home. They won that T20 series too by 2–0.
Kock made his Test debut against Australia on 20 February 2014.
In September 2016, Kock married his longtime partner Sasha Hurly. He is shy and soft-spoken by nature.
